Cancellation by Site
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime within 24 hours by mailing to our customer service email id: firstname.lastname@example.org from the time you have received confirmation mail for order placement. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion would cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return process through your account on our website. The product should be returned in its original packing and new condition. The return shipments will be arranged by us once intimation of return is received. Our sales coordinator shall connect with you for the same. Returns shall be accepted only if intimated within 7 days from the order receipt & kept physically ready to be picked as per shipment arranged. On good receipt of the product, the refund will be applied to your account either as Equally valued Cupon or cash back within 7 days of the return pick-up. Store credit shall be first utilized while making payments for subsequent purchases. In case of a manufacturing defect, please send us pictures of the defective product on email@example.com and we will issue a complete refund/replacement.
